abstract | (57) [Summary] With conventional food processing techniques, it has been difficult to prepare a container-like food having a hollow interior from a liquid or sol-like food material. The present invention has made this possible by a simple method. A solid material which is fluidized when heated is fixed in a mold, and a food material which is liquid or sol when not heated and solidifies when heated is supplied so as to wrap the solid material, and the food material is solidified by heating. A container-like food is prepared by fluidizing a solid matter, removing the solid to the outside, cooling, and removing the solidified food from the mold. |
