(57) Abstract: A dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectrochemical cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency are provided. SOLUTION: In a conductive support, a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element containing a dye-adsorbed layer coated on the conductive support, a charge transfer layer and a counter electrode, the semiconductor fine particles are provided. Wherein the content of sulfur and phosphorus is in the range of 0.0001 to 0.3 wt% and 0.00001 to 0.01 wt%, respectively, and a photoelectrochemical cell constituted by the same. |
