(57) [Problem] To provide an active energy ray-curable resist composition excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance of a cured product, particularly a composition suitable for a solder resist. A copolymer comprising 5-90% by weight of a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a cyclic imide group having a specific structure and 95-10% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer as constituent units, and two copolymers. An active energy ray-curable resist composition comprising the above compound having a (meth) acryloyl group. |
