PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water generating device that maintains an ideal current value even locally locally, reduces the deterioration speed of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane, and hardly causes a decrease in ozone concentration. I will provide a. SOLUTION: An anode electrode 20 and a cathode electrode 30 for applying a DC voltage are overlapped on one surface and the other surface of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 40, and water supplied to the anode electrode 20 is electrolyzed to ozone. In an ozone water generation apparatus using a noble metal wire mesh having an ozone generation catalytic function for the anode electrode 20, the anode electrode 20 or both the anode electrode 20 and the cathode electrode 30 are provided so as to obtain water. The wire mesh is made by rolling the wire mesh or using a wire mesh whose surface is flattened by other external force. |
