titleOfInvention | Method for producing mixed powder containing polytetrafluoroethylene |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To obtain a tetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder having good blocking resistance. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder composed of polytetrafluoroethylene particles (A) having a particle diameter of 10 µm or less and organic polymer particles (B), a particle diameter of 0.05 to 1. After mixing the aqueous dispersion of 0 μm polytetrafluoroethylene particles and the aqueous dispersion of organic polymer particles (after emulsion polymerization of a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond), the first stage A production method characterized by coagulating 40 to 80% by weight of a polymer in an aqueous dispersion as coagulation, and completely completing coagulation in a second-stage coagulation. |
