abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve the adhesion ratio, corrosion resistance, and drying property in spraying refractory sprayed by adding working moisture and adjusting the slurry in advance. SOLUTION: In spraying of a sprayed refractory which has been adjusted in advance into a slurry by adding working moisture, Fe oxidation is performed on the sprayed refractory in a nozzle with an alkaline powder quick-setting agent and a chemical component value. A powder mixture containing a refractory fine powder having a content of 1 to 8 wt% is added. |
