(57) [Problem] To provide a simple and accurate detection method for detecting an antibody against a livestock influenza virus and a livestock influenza virus vaccine capable of protecting against infection. A method for detecting an antibody against livestock influenza virus produced in vivo in a livestock, A method characterized by using a recombinant livestock influenza virus hemagglutinin purified using sialic acid affinity chromatography as an antigen, and (1) a recombinant livestock influenza virus hemagglutinin purified in a state where the protein is not substantially denatured. A kit for detecting an antibody against a livestock influenza virus, comprising an immobilized solid phase and (2) a labeled protein that binds to an antibody of a livestock to be measured. Also, a livestock influenza virus oil vaccine using recombinant livestock influenza virus hemagglutinin purified using sialic acid affinity chromatography as an antigen. |
