titleOfInvention | Method for estimating acetic acid-utilizing methanogen sludge content ratio and method for estimating acetic-acid-utilizing methanogen amount |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To easily and accurately estimate the sludge content ratio and the amount of acetic acid-utilizing methane-producing bacteria in methane fermentation. SOLUTION: In methane fermentation, VSS (crude suspension or organic suspension) measured on a sludge sample collected from a fermentation tank, and a conditioned medium and a fixed amount using an apparatus for measuring the amount of acetic acid assimilating methane-producing bacteria. The methanogenic activity is calculated from the methanogenic rate measured by adding sodium acetate, and the value of the methanogenic activity is substituted into the equation of the acetic acid-assimilating methanogen sludge content ratio and the methanogenic activity. Estimate the sludge content ratio of acetic acid assimilating methane-producing bacteria. Further, the amount of acetic acid-utilizing methane-producing bacteria is estimated from the relationship between the obtained acetic acid-utilizing methane-producing bacteria sludge content ratio, the value of the sludge sample concentration, and the amount of acetic-acid-utilizing methane-producing bacteria. |
