titleOfInvention | Circular plasmid DNA from actinomycetes |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a circular plasmid for transformation and the like for performing genetic manipulation in ε-polylysine-producing actinomycetes. SOLUTION: Streptomyces Albras IFO The nucleic acid fraction was collected from 14147 by a conventional method, and the obtained plasmid fraction was digested with the restriction enzyme HindIII to confirm a fragment derived from plasmid pNO33. The novel circular plasmid of the present invention is capable of improving the breeding of ε-polylysine-producing actinomycetes and producing useful substances by expressing various useful genes using the bacteria as a host. |
