SOLUTION: In a stamper which is attached to a mold for an injection molding machine and used in a process of obtaining an optical disk substrate by continuous injection molding, the center line average roughness Ra of the back surface of the stamper in contact with the mold is 0.02 μm to 0 μm. .10 A stamper for an optical disk and a method for manufacturing an optical disk, characterized in that the thickness is set to μm and a DLC (diamond-like carbon) film is formed on the back surface.
