titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin laminate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin laminate which has good adhesion to a substrate, conformability to the substrate, developability after storage of a laminate, and does not cause blocking of a cured resist pattern in the production of a flexible wiring board. Provided is a method for manufacturing a printed wiring board used. SOLUTION: (i) (a) α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, (b) a styrene derivative, and (C) an alkyl (meth) acrylate, a single monomer such as a hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylate having a hydroxyalkyl group or the like. (Ii) an ethylenically unsaturated addition-polymerizable monomer, (iii) a photopolymerization initiator, and (i) v) Prepare a photosensitive resin laminate in which a photosensitive resin layer containing an aliphatic carboxylic acid having two or more carboxyl groups in a molecule is formed on a support. |
