titleOfInvention Capacitor using conductive polymer film
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a capacitor using a conductive polymer film capable of reducing the voltage dependency of the capacitor capacity and suppressing the capacity reduction due to repeated charging and discharging. SOLUTION: A conductive polymer film formed by an electrolytic polymerization method using a polyvalent anion as a dopant is used as at least one electrode material, and this electrode is immersed in an electrolytic solution. Yes, KF is used as a supporting electrolyte for this electrolytic solution. Since the fluorine ion has a small ion size, the ion can smoothly move in the conductive polymer film, the voltage dependency of the capacitor capacity can be reduced, and the capacity decrease due to repeated charging and discharging can be suppressed.
