titleOfInvention | Spraying method for irregular refractories |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for spraying irregular-shaped refractory, which can provide a construction body having a small scattering of dust to a surrounding area, a large bulk specific gravity, and a small porosity. Kind Code: A1 A compressed air injection port, preferably provided at the same position, is formed by feeding a kneaded clay of an amorphous refractory having self-flowing property by a pressure pump 1 and pressure pipes 2a, 2b. Compressed air and a quick-setting agent are injected into the kneaded material from the injection port 11 and the quick-setting agent injection port 11, and the kneaded material is sprayed from the spray nozzle 4 to the work site 8. |
