abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unprecedented new powder coating composition capable of achieving both solvent resistance and acid resistance without sacrificing the appearance, weather resistance and blocking resistance of a coating film. SOLUTION: The glass transition temperature of 5 to 50% by weight of a styrene monomer, 20 to 50% by weight of an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer, and 1 to 30% by weight of a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer is 40 to 50%. An essential component is a 90 ° C copolymer, an acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 4000 to 30,000 as measured by gel permeation chromatography in a tetrahydrofuran-soluble component, and a polybasic acid. |
