(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide light with high intensity dispersed on a sign board surface An object of the present invention is to provide a composite which can be dispersed as uniformly and strongly as possible. SOLUTION: A transparent thermoplastic base layer having a thickness of generally 3 to 40 mm and transmitting light, and a thickness of generally 10 to 1500 μm m, a light diffusion layer located on one or both sides of the base layer, wherein the light diffusion layer contains 0.01 to 2% by weight of barium sulfate (average particle size in the range of 0.1 to 50 μm) based on the total weight of the diffusion layer. A composite panel of a thermoplastic material, characterized in that the composite panel is made of a thermoplastic material containing at least 10 cm or more and has one or more edge lits and an area of more than 100 cm 2 . |
