abstract (57) [Summary] To provide a decorative sheet by forming a pattern with good dimensional accuracy on the back side of a transparent base material sheet on which an uneven pattern is formed on the front side. SOLUTION: While a transparent substrate sheet 1 mainly formed of a thermoplastic resin having an irregular pattern 2 formed thereon is run as a long strip-shaped sheet, the surface of the substrate sheet on the opposite side to the irregular pattern is run. Next, a printing ink layer is transferred and formed by a transfer method using a transfer sheet 5 having a support sheet 6 and a transfer layer 7 and having a printing ink layer 8 having a pattern on the transfer layer, to obtain a decorative sheet S. Before forming the printing ink layer, A hard coating layer 3 may be formed by applying a curable resin paint to the surface on the side of the concavo-convex pattern and crosslinking and curing the same to further improve the dimensional stability.
