titleOfInvention Blast furnace tapping gutter cover, casting refractory composition for lining thereof, and method for producing blast furnace tapping gutter cover using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A cast refractory composition for constructing a blast furnace tapping gutter cover without using a formwork and without attaching a stud, and construction of a blast furnace tapping gutter cover using the same. Provide a way. SOLUTION: In order to build a blast furnace tapping gutter cover without using a formwork and without attaching studs, it is necessary to (a) use a particle size of 8; 3 to 15% by weight of underlucite of mm1 mm, 10 to 25% by weight of silicon carbide having a particle diameter of 0.3 mm or less (proportion of particle diameter of 10 μm or less: 10 -24% by weight) and 0.5 to 8% by weight of alumina cement, with the balance being 0.01 to 1% by weight based on 100% by weight of a composition composed of other refractory aggregate and refractory ultrafine powder (outer coat) The cast refractory composition containing the dispersant is kneaded with water or another kneading liquid to adjust the workability to such an extent that it can be poured, and (b) the obtained kneaded material is sprayed with a pressure pump. The mixture is pressure-fed to the nozzle, and (c) 0.1 to 1% by weight of an alkali aluminate as a shape-retaining agent is added to the kneaded material together with the compressed air at or before the spraying nozzle, and (d) wet spraying.
