titleOfInvention Polyester and rigid urethane sandwich board
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Object] The present invention uses a polyester film as a face material without using an adhesive, and is a lightweight waterproof body integrally formed with hard foamed polyurethane. The purpose is to realize an insulated sandwich board. [Constitution] Conventionally, continuous production of a sandwich board integrally molded with various heat-insulating foams has been impossible due to deformation and poor adhesion of the polyester film due to heat shrinkage. The present invention has specified the quality conditions of the polyester film in order to solve the problem, thereby realizing the object of the present invention. In addition, in order to reduce the weight of the polyester film, it is stretched while providing a void layer in the layer structure of the film, and the one obtained by blending for improving the adhesiveness is used as a face material, and a rigid polyurethane foam is used without using an adhesive. Lightweight obtained by continuous molding. waterproof. Insulated sandwich board.
