titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of magnetic recording medium
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To make it possible to obtain a good coating state without generation of coating unevenness even for a base film having a certain thickness. SOLUTION: When applying an application layer including a magnetic layer having a thickness of at least 0.5 μm or less on a base film having a thickness of 33 to 100 μm by an extrusion type coater, an outer periphery of a guide roller which is close to the extrusion type coater. Speed is 80 times the running speed of the base film. To 85%. That is, the slip ratio of the guide roller is set to 15 to 20%. Thereby, coating unevenness is greatly suppressed.
