abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To allow a user to easily adjust the inseam length of rainy pants or cover pants. SOLUTION: The legs of the main body cloth constituting the pants are separated into upper and lower cloths below the knees, and are located at required dimensions from upper ends of lower cloths 11a-2 to 12b-2 and lower ends of upper cloths 11a-1 to 12b-1. The upper cloth covers the upper part of the ventilation material and the lower cloth and the lower end is opened, and at the position where the ventilation material is interposed, the lower cloth is used for adjusting the crotch length from the back side of the upper cloth. The belt cloth 16 is hung down at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a stopper (button 18) fixed to a required position of the belt cloth is attached to the upper end of the lower cloth. The main body cloth has non-water permeability and non-ventilation, and the ventilation material is made of a mesh cloth, Rain pants or rain cover pants. |
