abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an aqueous composition excellent in adhesion, adhesion and water resistance to various adherends such as metals and inorganic materials. SOLUTION: (1) Polyisocyanate (A), polyol (BV) having two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, and compound having a hydrophilic group other than a hydroxyl group in a molecule and having two or more hydroxyl groups Reacting (C) in a composition in which the amount of isocyanate groups is larger than the amount of hydroxyl groups to synthesize a self-emulsifiable urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal, (2) synthesizing the urethane prepolymer with synthetic resin water. A step of adding a dispersion (D) to obtain a mixed aqueous dispersion of a urethane prepolymer and a synthetic resin; (3) adding active hydrogen capable of reacting with an isocyanate group to the urethane prepolymer in the obtained mixed aqueous dispersion. A method for producing an aqueous composition, comprising a step of subjecting the urethane prepolymer to a chain extension reaction by reacting a compound (E) or water (F) having two or more compounds. |
