titleOfInvention Leukemia cell growth inhibitor and aggregating agent and agglutination method using the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel leukemia cell growth inhibitor and aggregating agent and a method for aggregating leukemia cells. SOLUTION: Willow matsutake (Agrocybe c) lindracea) as a leukemia cell growth inhibitor and an aggregating agent consisting of lectin protein extracted from the pulp, and extracted from the pulp of Salix matsutake against a T-cell or B-cell leukemia cell line suspension. The leukemia cell line is aggregated by adding lectin protein at a concentration of at least 50 nM.
