titleOfInvention | Protein production method using a mutant strain of Rhizomucolu spp. |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a recombinant protein having no sugar chain added thereto using a filamentous fungus of the genus Rhizomucor which naturally adds a sugar chain to a protein. SOLUTION: A filamentous fungus mutant belonging to the genus Rhizomucor lacking the ability to add an asparagine-linked sugar chain is converted into a D-encoding protein originally having an asparagine-linked sugar chain. A transformant obtained by transformation with NA is cultured, and the protein lacking the asparagine-linked sugar chain is collected from the culture. |
