titleOfInvention | Stretched polyethylene pipe with excellent environmental stress crack resistance |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawn polyethylene pipe which is drawn in an axial direction and a circumferential direction, and which is excellent in environmental stress crack resistance. SOLUTION: A polyethylene produced using a Phillips catalyst containing a Cr compound and an inorganic carrier as essential components is used as a raw material, and the polyethylene pipe is stretched 1.1 times or more in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, respectively. Ratio (λa / λ) of the stretching ratio (λa) to the stretching ratio (λh) in the circumferential direction. h) is 0.7 to 2.5, wherein the drawn polyethylene pipe has excellent environmental stress crack resistance. |
