titleOfInvention Leukocyte selective removal filter device
abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a leukocyte selective removal filter device capable of selectively removing leukocytes from blood. SOLUTION: The average fiber diameter is 0.3 μm or more and 10.0 or more. A sheet-like spacer material 8 through which blood can flow is laminated on a leukocyte selective removal filter layer 7 made of a nonwoven fabric having a size of less than μm and a monomer unit having a polyethylene glycol chain on the surface of a fiber fixed by covalent bonds. A filter device for selectively removing leukocytes, in which a hollow cylindrical filter material wound in a cylindrical shape in the form of a cloth is placed in a cylindrical container 2 having a blood inlet and a blood outlet with both end surfaces sealed. . The blood inlet of the container is provided at a portion communicating with the outer peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical filter material, the blood outlet of the container is provided at a portion communicating with the inner peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical filter material, and the spacer material is formed of the hollow cylindrical filter material. At least the outer peripheral end is exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the material.
