titleOfInvention Electronic component storage container
abstract (57) [Summary] The characteristics of electronic components housed in an insulating container are degraded by heat for softening and melting a sealing material. An electronic component housing in which an insulating base and an insulating lid are joined via a sealing material, and an electronic component is hermetically housed inside a container including the insulating base and the insulating lid. The insulating base 1 and the insulating lid 2 are made of a glass ceramic sintered body, and the sealing material 8 is made of silver oxide 3 Oxidation in which niobium oxide and phosphorus pentoxide as a filler are dissolved in a glass component consisting of 0 to 40% by weight, 20 to 30% by weight of phosphorus pentoxide, 15 to 25% by weight of silver iodide, and 1 to 6% by weight of zinc oxide. It is made of glass to which zirconium is added in an amount of 10 to 30% by weight.
