titleOfInvention | Electrolyte for electrolytic capacitors |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium-high pressure electrolyte having a high spark voltage and good high-temperature life characteristics. SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution obtained by dissolving one or two or more polyhydric alcohol complex compounds of boric acid or a salt thereof in a solvent mainly composed of ethylene glycol is used. An electrolyte solution to which an aliphatic carboxylic acid compound or a salt thereof is added, and has a high spark voltage and good high-temperature long-life characteristics. Therefore, by using the electrolytic solution of the present invention, it is possible to obtain an electrolytic capacitor having good withstand voltage and overvoltage characteristics, low change in capacitance and low tan δ after a life test, and good life characteristics.
