(57) [Problem] To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor capable of performing a novel plate making method capable of forming an image by light irradiation in the field of offset printing. SOLUTION: A first structure of the present invention comprises a petal-like alumina layer, a titanium oxide layer, and a polysiloxane coating layer containing a silicon atom having an organic group bonded on a glass, ceramic or metal substrate in this order. A lithographic printing plate precursor characterized in that it is provided, and a second configuration is a printing plate characterized by irradiating the aforementioned printing plate precursor with actinic rays, high-density energy rays or radiation in an imagewise manner.
