titleOfInvention | New chemiluminescent reagent |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel chemistry which is capable of measuring peroxidase enzyme activity by chemiluminescence with peroxide depending on the amount of peroxidase enzyme, and which can be used for detection and quantitative analysis of various substances by peroxidase labeling. A luminescent reagent is provided. SOLUTION: A charge transfer complex of N, N'-disubstituted-9,9'-bisacridinium salt and an N, N-disubstituted carboxylic acid amide compound as main components or N, N'- A charge transfer complex of a disubstituted-9,9'-bisacridinium salt, an N, N-disubstituted carboxylic acid amide compound and a specific amino alcohol compound as main components, and are chemically catalyzed by peroxide depending on the amount of peroxidase enzyme. A new chemiluminescent reagent that emits light. |
