(57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a copolymer latex imparting excellent blister resistance and adhesion to a vibration damping material. The conjugated diene monomer (a) is 10 to 80% by weight, the epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b) is 0.5 to 10% by weight, based on the total monomer mixture. Ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid amide monomer (c) 0.5 to 10 A copolymer latex for vibration damping material obtained by emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture containing 10% to 89% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (d) other than (b) and (c).
