Kind Code: A1 Abstract: A quick-setting substance, suspended particles having an average particle size of 1 μm or less or 5 μm or less having an average particle size of 1 μm or less. A liquid cement quick-setting admixture in which the above particles contain suspended particles of not more than 20% by weight based on the total particle weight. Also, a liquid cement quick setting agent, wherein the quick setting substance is a water-soluble substance.
