An elongated plate-shaped middle plate 8 having a fixed guide tube 7 fixed thereto, and a first ball screw 1 driven by a first pulse motor 9 and fixed to the middle plate 8. 1, a number of piston rods 13 provided in a piston block 12, and a dispenser nozzle 15 having the same number of piston rods 13 and a cylindrical cylinder hole in a syringe block 14 detachably attached to the lower plate 5. 29, a spout 30 is formed at the tip of the cylinder hole 29, and the cylinder hole 2 is formed through the spout 30. 9 is connected to the dispenser nozzle 15.
