abstract | (57) [Summary] (With correction) [Problem] To provide a highly accurate and simple method for quantifying TT virus (TTV). SOLUTION: A forward primer which is an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence, a reverse primer which is an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence different from the above, and a specific base further different from the former two. A reporter fluorescent dye and a quencher fluorescent dye are bound to an oligonucleotide having a sequence, and the reporter fluorescent dye is bound when the reporter fluorescent dye is bound to the same probe as the quencher fluorescent dye. The TTV to be measured in the test sample is determined by using a probe whose fluorescence intensity is suppressed by fluorescence resonance energy transfer and whose fluorescence intensity is not suppressed when not bound to the same probe as the quencher fluorescent dye. Perform PCR using the gene as a template and measure the fluorescence from the reaction solution in real time T in the test sample A method for measuring a TV gene was provided. |
