titleOfInvention | Delay time adjustment circuit |
abstract | (57) Abstract: Provided is a delay time adjustment circuit that can easily adjust a delay time of a variable delay buffer circuit to a desired delay amount. SOLUTION: This is a delay time adjusting circuit for setting the delay time of a variable delay buffer circuit capable of adjusting the delay time to a desired value, and outputs one of first and second clocks having different periods. A first selector, a variable delay circuit that delays an output clock of the first selector by a predetermined time, a second selector that outputs an output clock of the variable delay circuit from one of two output terminals, A first comparator and a first counter for matching the phase of the clock output from one output terminal of the selector with the phase of the first clock; and the other output terminal of the second selector and the variable delay buffer circuit. A second comparator and a second counter for matching the phases of the clock output through the second clock and the second clock are used. |
