abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a tube-fed nutritional food in which reflux aspiration is prevented and a gelling agent effective in preventing reflux aspiration. SOLUTION: 1) a gelling agent containing carrageenan and alginic acid, 2) a gelling agent for tube-feed nutritional food comprising a mixture of carrageenan and alginic acid, and 3) a tube-feed nutrient food containing carrageenan and alginic acid. 4) Tube-feeding nutritional food containing 4-15% by weight of carrageenan and 0.5-1.0% by weight of alginic acid.
