abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] It is possible to naturally absorb deficient nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, chlorophyll and dietary fiber which are essential for maintaining health, and to balance the use of specific minerals and specific plants as raw materials. Provided is a novel health food and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: By containing a powder of a mudstone portion in a Shimanto layer having a particle size of 0.6 to 100 μm and a dried tobacco powder having a particle size of 2 to 100 μm in a weight ratio of 5/95 to 95/5, Alternatively, by mixing the eluate of the powder of the mudstone portion and the dried powder of soybean soybean so as to have a powder conversion weight ratio of 5/95 to 95/5, preferably further mixing an excipient to shape the mixture. This solves the above problem. |
