(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel separation and purification method of a basidiomycete mycelium extract. A method for separating and purifying a basidiomycete mycelium extract comprising the following steps: 1) adding ethanol to the basidiomycete mycelium extract to separate the fraction into an ethanol-insoluble fraction and a soluble fraction; The ethanol-insoluble fraction obtained in 1 is separated into an ion-exchanger-non-adsorbed fraction and an ion-exchanger-adsorbed fraction by treatment with an ion exchanger. 3) The ion-exchanger-non-adsorbed fraction obtained in step 2 is separated. The fraction is separated into a homopolysaccharide fraction, a heteropolysaccharide fraction and a low molecular fraction by gel filtration chromatography. |
