abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve volume energy density and improve impact resistance, heat radiation characteristics, and productivity. A battery element is housed in an exterior material made of a laminate film and sealed by heat welding. The electrode terminal leads, which are electrically connected to the respective electrodes constituting the battery element, are exposed to the outside of the package, sandwiched between the heat-welded portions. A battery control circuit is mounted on the heat-welded portion of the exterior material. By mounting the control circuit of the battery in the heat-welded portion of the exterior material, the space where the battery element within the battery size does not exist is effectively used, and the volume efficiency is greatly improved.
