titleOfInvention Polyester irregular cross section fiber
abstract The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and particularly for a woven or knitted fabric having a sufficiently high-grade feel, has excellent high color developability, and has a feeling of tingling, dryness, sharpness and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a woven or knitted fabric having a new texture having a unique texture and a glossiness. SOLUTION: In a modified cross-section fiber in which components having different dissolution rates in two types of hot alkali aqueous solutions are mixed, inert components are contained in a component having a low dissolution rate in an amount of 0.2% by weight or more and less than 2.0% by weight, Polyester irregular cross-section fiber having 3-8 leaf irregular cross-section fibers in which microvoids are formed on the fiber surface and streak-like grooves are formed in the fiber axis direction by weight reduction by a hot alkali aqueous solution.
