Compound immobilization method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high yield when reacting an SH (sulfhydryl) group-containing compound with a solvent-insoluble carrier and immobilizing the same. The H group-containing compound can be immobilized on a solvent-insoluble carrier, A novel immobilization method capable of maintaining a high activity inherent in an immobilized SH group-containing compound is provided. SOLUTION: The method for immobilizing the compound is characterized by reacting a solvent-insoluble carrier with an SH group-containing compound in the presence of an antioxidant. |
