SOLUTION: An insoluble carrier comprising a resin having an oxime group as an anchor is provided with a carboxyl group of an amino acid as a hydroxyl group of a hydroxycarboxylic acid. The condensation product obtained by condensation is condensed with an oxime group via a carboxyl group and immobilized on an insoluble carrier, and the amino group on the amino acid residue condensed to the hydroxycarboxylic acid on the obtained insoluble carrier is Amino acids are sequentially condensed by amide bonds to form a peptide chain, and the depsipeptide portion formed on the insoluble carrier is cleaved at the immobilized binding portion in the presence of an acid and an amine, and at the same time, amide bonds are formed at both ends of the depsipeptide.
