(57) Abstract: A solid electrolyte comprising a conductive polymer obtained by doping polypyrrole, polythiophene, or a derivative thereof with alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid ions having 4 to 24 carbon atoms in an alkyl group and sulfate ions. A layer is formed on the dielectric film. The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having a large capacitance and a low impedance in a high frequency region. |
