titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic emulsion and silver halide photographic material |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a silver halide photographic emulsion and a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having improved sensitivity and storage stability. SOLUTION: In a silver halide photographic material having at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer on a support, at least one layer is represented by the following general formula (1) or the following general formula (2). When the average silver iodide content of the outermost layer is I1 in the main plane portion and I2 in the side surface portion, containing at least one compound or its oxidized form and in at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer. A silver halide photographic material comprising 50% or more (number) of tabular silver halide grains satisfying I1> I2. General formula (1) X 1- (C (R 1 ) = Y) n -X 2 |
