(57) Abstract: In a method for immunologically measuring human thymidylate synthase using an anti-human thymidylate synthase antibody, an anti-human thymidylate synthase polyclonal antibody immobilized on at least an insoluble carrier is used as the antibody. A method for measuring human thymidylate synthase, a method for evaluating the sensitivity of the cancer cells to a fluoropyrimidine-based anticancer drug from the measurement results obtained by the measurement method, and an insoluble carrier on which at least one type of anti-human thymidylate synthase polyclonal antibody is immobilized. A kit for measuring human thymidylate synthase. [Effect] Human TS in the sample is obtained by a simple immunological assay. Can be measured with high sensitivity. |
