titleOfInvention ELISA-human IgE measurement kit
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human IgE measurement kit capable of selectively measuring only IgE as an allergy onset factor and providing stable sensitivity in a wide range of concentrations. SOLUTION: The carrier contains an IgE receptor-immobilized carrier, a dioxetane having a phosphate group which can be cleaved by alkaline phosphatase and chemiluminescently decomposed by cleavage of the group, and an alkaline phosphatase-labeled anti-human IgE antibody. Human IgE measurement kit.
