SOLUTION: In a method for measuring hemoglobins by cation exchange liquid chromatography, stable hemoglobin A1c and unstable hemoglobin A1c are separated, and a certain component (eg, carbamylated hemoglobin, Under the condition that eluted modified hemoglobin such as acetylated hemoglobin) is eluted at the same retention time as unstable hemoglobin A1c, the stable hemoglobin A1c is measured by measuring the sample subjected to the unstable hemoglobin A1c removal treatment. A method for measuring hemoglobins, comprising measuring c and the above-mentioned certain component.
