abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problems] As an active ingredient, halocyanoacetamide and 3,3,4,4-tetrachlorotetrahydrothiophene- Provided is an industrial antibacterial composition containing 1,1-dioxide and having excellent stability which can be suitably used as a bactericide for water treatment, a slime control agent for papermaking, a preservative for general industrial use, and the like. Kind Code: A1 A halocyanoacetamide represented by the general formula [1], (B) 3,3,4,4-tetrachlorotetrahydrothiophen-1,1-dioxide, and (C) the general formula [2]. An industrial antibacterial composition comprising an alkylene glycol or oxyalkylene ether represented by the formula: and (D) propylene carbonate. Wherein X 1 is halogen, X 2 is hydrogen or halogen, R 1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, n is 2 or 3, and m is 1 to 6.
