abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] An unnecessary molded article integrally molded with a target molded article at the time of injection molding can be reliably and securely formed at a boundary portion between the target molded article and the unnecessary molded article without complicated work. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded product that can be cut and removed neatly to obtain a clean resin molded product reliably and easily. SOLUTION: After a target molded product 3 obtained by injection molding is released together with an unnecessary molded product 4 molded into a runner portion and a gate portion of a mold, a gate portion 4b of the unnecessary molded product 4 and the target molded product are removed. The shearing forces f1, f A method for producing a resin molded product, characterized in that the unnecessary molded product 4 is cut and removed by giving a combined force of 1 ′ and tensile forces f2, f2 ′.
