titleOfInvention Exhaust gas treatment device and method
abstract (57) [Problem] The present invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment apparatus capable of efficiently removing acidic gases such as hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides contained in exhaust gas and reducing the amount of alkali used. And a method. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas discharged from a kiln 11 is cooled in an exhaust gas cooling tower 12, then removed by a dust remover 13 to collect incinerated fly ash, and further included in the exhaust gas by passing through a fluidized bed filter 14. Acid gases such as hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides react with the alkali forming the fluidized bed and are removed. Thereafter, the exhaust gas is released from the chimney 15 into the atmosphere.
