abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for measuring peroxidase activity using a chemiluminescence system capable of highly sensitive measurement of peroxidase activity in the presence of a hydrogen acceptor. SOLUTION: It is obtained by reacting N, N'-disubstituted-9,9'-bisacridinium salts under light irradiation in the presence of an N, N-disubstituted carboxylic acid amide compound and formic acid. A method for measuring peroxidase activity with high sensitivity in the presence of a hydrogen acceptor by a chemiluminescent system using a chemiluminescent reagent. |
